By Purchasing my services (Art) you automatically agree to the following conditions.

Client

-MUST BE 18+
-You agree to the labeled price, along with add on fees
-You agree to credit my work wherever it may be used
-You are allowed to post my art online with credit and my watermark on it.
-There will be a chance your commission will be streamed, if you are not okay with that you must pay a small NDA fee of $10-$20 depending on the type of commission

NDA Fee

If you would like your art privately worked on and not displayed on my stream on Twitch, on Twitter with a watermarked image, or displayed in my galley on my vgen.
-Please Tell me ahead of time and we can discuss where the art can be displayed with watermark

Terms of Use

Commercial fee price depends on the commission, Similar to the listed amount in NDA feeFor Twitch Emotes you are allowed to stream/record videos with the art with credit
You CANNOT sell my art without paying the commercial fee and credit.For Other Illustrations you are allowed to post online with my watermark and CANNOT sell my art without paying the commercial fee along with credit.Anything commissioned that is going to be sold as merch must be shown what it will be used for. If i decide its not a fair use or something else, or where the commercial fee wasn't paid with credit to me then you will be banned form future commissions or be denied a commissions out right.

YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO…

-Edit My Art, Unless it is for correcting details during the drawing process
-Claim My Art as Your Own, That’s just rude
-Sell my art without paying a commercial fee
-Use my art without paying the comercial fee and putting on anything I dont approve

Payment

All payments will be done through Vgen, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Payment from any other place will be refunded.

Artist

-I have the right to deny any commission
-Art must be discussed before payment or it will be refunded immediately
-I will only work with Clients that are 18+, If you are found a minor you WILL be denied service, refunded, or other meanings instantly. NO EXCEPTIONS!
-Commission’s Displayed on my Vgen will be lower quality images, will have your name as credit, and a watermark as well if I want to put it there, unless NDA fee is purchased.

Copyright

-I have copyright to all my work, along with posting it online for promotion or other use with watermark, unless NDA Fee has been purchased.
-I will NOT resell your commission as merch, to other artists, or any other place possible. This is your commission and your commission alone.
